Naira graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Social services and has been working as a behavior therapist before joining Momentum. She completed the 40 hours training requirement to become an RBT and her next step is to become an Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT).Naira enjoys teaching children through play while enhancing their language, social and daily living skills.
Maria graduated with a bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from the British University in Egypt. During her last year in college, she completed an internship in Gamal Mady Abou Elazayem psychiatric hospital. She completed the 40 hours training requirement to become an RBT. Maria finds joy in working with kids and empowering them in their daily lives. She joined Momentum in January 2024.
Muhammad is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a BA in Arts and Education from the Faculty of Education. He holds professional diplomas in Special Education, Mental Health and in Teaching Methods. Muhammad is currently a candidate for the QASP-S certification and is dedicated to using his extensive training and experience to support and empower children with diverse learning needs.
Mostafa earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the American University in Cairo. During his studies, Mostafa discovered a profound interest in working with children, particularly those with developmental differences. While undergoing his studies at AUC, he also began his journey interning and shadowing at Kasr El Maadi Hospital for Mental Health.
Driven by a desire to provide direct support and create positive change, Mostafa completed the 40 hour training to become a Behavior Technician. Mostafa is dedicated to ongoing professional development and is eager to contribute to the success of each child at Momentum.
Omar is an Occupational Therapist and Teaching Assistant at the department of motor disability at Misr University for Science and Technology (MUST). Omar has a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and is currently furthering his expertise by studying Sensory Integration through the (Collaborative for Leadership in Ayres Sensory Integration) program which is affiliated with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
Mona, is a dedicated Speech-Language Therapist, graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in 2001 before embarking on a dynamic career journey. After obtaining certification from the Hearing and Speech Institute in 2014, Mona channeled her passion into aiding children with diverse communication disorders. Over the past 12 years, she has adeptly worked and aided various challenges including receptive/expressive language disorders, childhood Apraxia of speech, autism spectrum disorders, and more. Mona's commitment to professional growth is evident through her numerous certifications, including TalkTools and courses in managing ADHD and autism-related practices. Her multifaceted expertise enables her to effectively aid and develop children's skills, fostering their integration into society and simplifying daily challenges. With a passion for empowering children to overcome obstacles, Mona remains dedicated to making a lasting impact in the lives of those she serves.
Aya plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our center. She provides a welcoming and supportive environment for our children and their families .She also acts as the parents first point of contact concerning appointments and scheduling. Aya provides information about the center's services and addresses any parental concerns. She additionally oversees all administrative tasks including correspondence , record keeping and data management .
